  • Custom-made furniture usually takes 20–25 working days.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on stock levels, courier schedules, and external factors beyond our control.

  • All prices are shown in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and exclude GST unless otherwise stated.
  • We can change product pricing or services at any time.
  • Promotional pricing may be limited in quantity or duration.

7. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Delivery & Returns for full details on returning or exchanging items. Some items, such as custom-made furniture, may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
